Don’t give up on your goals!

If you’ve already abandoned your New Year’s Resolution, it may be because you only made ONE. Try again right now, but make FOUR resolutions and start them all at once. A study from UC Santa Barbara found people who vowed to eat better, exercise more, sleep better, AND find time to meditate, were more likely to succeed with EVERY goal. It’s because complementary goals feed off each other. For example, it’s easier to eat healthier when you sleep better… and you’ll sleep better if you exercise and meditate. Bottom line: Making four resolutions at once makes you much more likely to succeed
