The fix for under-eye bags!

Under-eye bags can make us look tired, and older. So, here’s the fix: Eat more sweet potatoes! They contain beta-carotene, which helps reduce under-eye puffiness by producing collagen. That’s the fibrous protein in skin that provides strength and structure, and eliminates wrinkles. So, eat sweet potatoes a couple times a week. Or do what dermatologist Dr. Debra Jaliman suggests: Place a chilled slice of sweet potato under each eye for 10 to 15 minutes a day. They contain a natural astringent that gently tightens skin, and can help you look more youthful.
